We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email support@sofargroup.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges & damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item was defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
